In my end-of-the-year round up, I mentioned a secret project. I signed an NDA, so I couldn’t share.
Well, I can share now!
I worked on an interactive story for a mobile game called Love and Passion, a historical themed romance game. It launched around the new year and you can play it RIGHT NOW!
There’s 5 stories you can play at the moment. (More is coming.) I wrote Taming the Rakes.
It’s available for Android and IOS devices. You can absolutely play the game FOR FREE but there are extras that you can spend diamonds to unlock. (And you can earn diamonds by watching ads, if you’re patient.)
Taming the Rakes is a MFM historical romance. I know it’s not my usual alien and sci-fi, but I was feeling burned out creatively last year when this project came along. Switching genres and writing something completely different really helped me get my groove back.

In the story, you play the daughter of a wealthy industrialist. You find yourself drawn to two notorious rakes. Are they corrupting you or are you taming them? Which one will you pick? Do you have to choose?
What you need to know:
- It’s a Regency romance.
- You make choices to direct the action of the story.
- Some of the steamy scenes are free. Some you unlock with diamonds.
- You can replay the game and make different choices.
- Love scenes are text only, no characters on the screen.
Add in the soundtrack and the lush artwork, and I’m just so thrilled with how the game turned out.
